LG G4 No BOOT! Help fast, please!

So I cleared the cache on my LG G4. Shouldn't have done a thing.... Right? WRONG, I used it the rest of the day and after I put it on the charger for the night I awoke to a shut off phone. I pressed the power button and got nothing but the LG screen and it would shut off and turn right back on until it decided it didn't want to do it anymore. So I booted it into recovery, tired a complete cache clear, tried safe mode and tried a factory reset 6 TIMES. On the final one I got it to boot all the way into android only to freeze, crash and restart the boot loop. It has to do with something software wise as it doesn't want to load android. Is there any way to flash or reinstall android via my PC?

My best guess would be a flash from PC. Never extensively worked with a non nexus device before, but I would say that reflashing the firmware is where you need to start

How is the question.

I know with my old scamscum phone it needed to be in download mode, but I would bet money that you need to put it in the bootloader and send it something using either a utillity or the ADB command line

If I flash it with stock LG drivers instead of Verizon drivers can I get back all the phone features that Verizon took out of their ROM and still have my phone work right?

I... wouldnt really know. This is why I stick with nexus devices. I would post on the XDA forums for that
