Asus Strix 980 Ti - normal noise or not?

Hello. My card is Asus Strix 980 Ti . But i have ( i think ) a weird noise when fans are starting.

This is example with the same noise on Asus Strix 780, listen:


 

Somebody comment:"looks like the right fan has bearing problem" in comments.

 

Is this ok or something is bad?

they said bearing problem because both fans didn't start at the same time, therefore 1 motor's bearing isn't as good as the other.

 

but at which point? I can't hear anything until about the 29 second mark by which point that's simply normal fan noises

well the sticker or the right fan was off centre, as the guy just below that comment said.

So that noise is because of the sticker or right fan off centre? But you said that noise is normal. So ?

no it was on a separate matter. fans normally make a whirring noise, but it tends to sound like a whine as the fan accelerates. eventually sounding like a jet engine.
