I have the msi g45 gaming but my friend says the Asus it's better so i dont know if is real

Now that I quotet all the useless fanboys I'll give you the differences that matter between those two boards:

Advantages of the ASUS Z97-A

  • supports M.2 storage devices.
  • supports PCI devices
  • uses an Intel controller for the LAN port
  • one more internal fan header
  • internal thunderbolt header
  • supports SATA Express
  • slightly better power delivery

 

Advantages of the MSI G45 Gaming

  • external clear CMOS button
  • slightly better audio chip
  • Supports 3-way Crossfire instead of only 2-way Crossfire

 

I would recommend to get the ASUS Z97-A
