PC restarts when I shutdown/

Hey, happened last night and it just happened again, I went to shutdown my computer but then it just turns right back on? Any ideas what's causing it?

 

Specs. 

i7 3770

Gigabyte R9 390

Thermaltake SmarT 750W

mine was doing this for hibernate this morning. no clue. prepare the tinfoil hats.

I managed to fix it by turning off fast boot.
