Fatal Error. Autodesk Maya

This pops up when I open up maya

When I press okay or close the window, Maya crashes. 

Any idea on how to fix this?

 

I had the same problem with 2013 so I decided then to finally uninstall it and install 2014. It worked at first but now I get this error.

I sort of need help ASAP as I would like to finish my animation tonight.

Did the file get moved?

I don't think anything moved..

Then I don't know, try reinstalling it see if that fixes it.
