Looking for IEMs for $100-150 USD

I am looking for some IEMs that are $100-150 (or less if possible) that are really good. I'm mostly looking to listen to lots of music and watch some movies or TV shows on my tablet. So if you have any suggestions please leave them. Thank you in advance for the help.  :D

How much are Shure SE-215 across the pond?

like $130 USD but you can find them for like $99 USD so they aren't that bad in price terms.
