Self Locked Steam Account - Unlock Time?

Hello,


I decided to lock my steam account when i thought it was being hijacked, after doing this i changed my passwords for steam and email then expected to be able to unlock my account easily enough. Little did i know i would be waiting a month and a half for steam support to carry out a 5 minute task and not even reply to my ticket... has this ever been heard of before? should i keep waiting? has anyone else ever locked their account, if so, how long did you wait for? I'm getting really fed up. Any advice?

Only way i'm afraid.
