Computer is messed up?

So I reset my pc at around 6.30pm EST and it has been constantly turning on for a few seconds, then turning off... It is just an infinite loop of this until I turn the computer off. Please help!

It's most likely Windows, try resetting or reinstalling it.

Mine tends to do that, I'd just go down a checklist.  Normally when I take one of the RAM sticks out it fixes, beats me as to why that does anything though.

Do you take one ram stick out then start it then put it back in?

I test to see if it boots with one stick and if it does then I put the other stick back in (AFTER TURNING IT COMPLETELY OFF)

It boots but it just shuts off right after..

If you can find your product key, there should be no problem in downloading an .iso (don't worry, that's legal and, if you're on 8.1 or 10, those are even provided for free by Microsoft), burning it on a DVD and using that.
