I didn't see any forums that this fit under. If there is one please move it there.

I am looking for a good computer desk. I REALLY like the desk that this company ( http://www.evodesk.com/ ) sells, but daaaaang are they proud of it. Is there anything similar out there similar that I won't have to sell a kidney to purchase? It doesn't have to be height adjustable like theirs, but I do like the feature even if it was manual adjust.

I have the same desk from Ikea, except you buy the legs separately so mine just has all five like the middle one. Works great, decent scratch resistance too.

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.

Microsoft Apple Valve Google Facebook Oculus HTC AMD Intel Nvidia

I'm using this data to judge this site's biases so people can post in a more objective way.

if you want a cheap standing/sitting desk I know ikea has a few options :

(in France at least, but I guess they have the same products everywhere)

It's not electric but i'd say it's good enough

I love Ikea desks. The Bekant range is really good, I have one myself and it's one of the best value, most sturdy desks I've ever owned. Handy cable management net underneath, which I thought initially wouldn't do the job, but I find can hold LOADS without sagging.

Thanks everyone. I guess I will have to force myself to check out ikea some time. I think I have one that is about a 2 hour drive away. I wish their shipping was a little more reasonable and I probably would have bought one from them a long time ago.
