Thanx guys :D.  I will look into each build and see which one will be good for me :D

for streaming i highly recomend my build, it has 4 cores and 8 threads, just like and i7, so it will be perfect for streaming

No, the xeon 1220 v3 is not hyperthreaded.

The 1231 v3 is tho.

i thought all xeons were hyperthreaded, give me a second to edit it

How does the Xeon compare to the i5?

well, the one i put in my build is worse since its lower clocked and doesn't have hyperthreading but they are great cpu's and are usually neck to neck to the i5/i7
