Help With My CPU! :(

Hi. So i have a problem with my CPU USAGE. I have an AMD A6-6400k with an ATI Radeon HD PowerColor 5570 2gb ddr3. A

 

And when i play mild games such as League Of Legends, my CPU USAGE goes up to 100% and stays there the entire time i play! My friend said it was normal but i don't think it is! 

 

I think it's the thing called "bottle necking" but i'm not too famillar with that term yet because i'm a newbie..

 

Could someone please tell me what should i do or replace or something?

 

I'm afraid i'd overheat my APU and damage it in the long run but i dont want that to happend cause i just bought my unit a little over a month or two.

 

Please help me fellow friends :(

It's normal... Do,you have a GPU? If no yeah it's even more normal.

It's AMD overheating is normal(Intel too), might want to get a aftermarket cooler to keep the heat down and keep a cooler temperature.

Yes i do have a GPU, a Radeon HD 5570 (PowerColor) 2gb ddr3.

Man, you could have went with a FX 6300, APUs are a waste of money in our country.

If you have a FM2+ motherboard consider a 860K if not then upgrade to it or a 1150?

 

Also just to be sure DID YOU CHECK FOR MALWARE?!!! :D
