  1. I find this as an interesting topic on dual cores. This might help you.
  2. Even tho I have watched DigitalFoundry's video about RAM speed and games. For the extra $20 bucks it's not worth it. Just get the cheaper one.
  3. Get the G1, it has blue LEDs. The Windforce 3x is basically just a cooler. No backplate, no LEDs.

    Cpu fans

It has one CPU Fan and one System Fan. Either get a spliter for additional fans.
  5. I literally went and checked my GTX 970 box and screamed in agony afterwards. CURSE YOU NVIDIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Then again, most boards don't even support SLI and those that support it comes with SLI bridges. On-Topic: A single powerful GPU is better overall(for me) than with two lower tier ones. So basically GTX 980 Ti all the wayyyyyy.
  6. R9 380/X might be a good choice given your situation.
  7. i3 6100 if you can't find a good deal with i5 Haswell CPUs(ideally the i5 4460/4590).
  8. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12g450 $100 CAD or https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii430b $60 CAD I have a Seasonic unit myself, M12II EVO.(basically a S12II 620W with modular black cables)
  9. i3-6100, then you upgrade into something powerful. DX12 games aren't really a thing yet.
  10. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100w10500kr ???
  11. I recommend expanding the budget a bit. Save up more for a better quality PSU.
