Yes, you download all the drivers after installing ethernet.

Put the Windows disk in your optical drive and set it as your boot drive, if you have two or more drives unplug the ones you don't want to be the boot drive. After you load Windows set your boot drive as the boot drive in your Bios and you're ready to load drivers.

Download the drivers from the websites :)
