How do I link an image tag?

I want to post a picture in the build log forum section but it says this:

6 - Please do not use the attachment function for your images. Attachments don't get ported between posts, so when we make the voting thread, this makes things rather difficult. Instead use image tags like so:

How do I do this?

Click the image button, or copy the image, not the link.

Just upload your pictures to imgur and use that link.
