I think blower fan will be best so dont go amd or your pc will sound like a plane. The last thing you wanna do is blow heat into a small case as everything gets hot. A blower fan gpu will also get hot but at least it doesnt make the other parts get hot as well.

Hello, I am going to build system in fractal design node 304, which type of graphics card should I buy with blower type cooler or with dual fans?

well there are 2x 92mm fans intake and i will be mounting h80i in exhaust... so there will be not great air flow in case (not modular PSU)
