 i have pentium g3258 before a patch gta v was running awesome on g3258 so  anyone found a patch or trick or whatever so gta v run good again on g3258? thanks

GTA V hates dual cores - hence why few people are still recommending the pentium for that game. get an i5 4460 if you want to run it smoothly.

im not going to buy a cpu just for a game im ok with all other games with dual core so..

Friend i don't want this to sound bad but you need 4 cores.

modern games need 4 cores to work smoothly

so what do you think is gonna happen in 1 years, I know DX12... but still.. 4.C.O.R.E.S needed... 

 

GTA V, BF4... games like that are CPU bound!

There's plenty of reports with the g3258 having stutter issues in GTA 5, even the 860k provides a better experience while having worse avg fps.
