yup that psu is good for your system. that sale is not so good though. at newegg you can get it for about $90

Imho wouldn't go for only 750W. Most others go for 800W or 850W.

it is upt you and maybe what the others say but "I" would get more than that. i think the deal is ok considering it is more than 10% off but you still might get a much better sale at amazon (if ther happens to be one in near future).

i only have 700$ to spend so i cant go that big but the biggest sale this psu has ever had was 80$ so this has to be at least ok
