If it was me, I would go for the gigabyte board. it has a second PCIe 16x slot, Extra SATA ports, two more USB ports... Its not yellow... :P

the gigabyte is more feature rich but the ASUS board is likely to have better components (maybe)

i would pick the one you think looks best honestly unless you plan on crossfire of low end AMD GPU's (i doubt you would want to do that a single more powerful GPU is always a better idea) and this gigabyte board can only do CFX at PCIE3.0 x4/x4 speeds so it will limit anything higher than say an R9 280 crossfire.

EDIT: in fact looking at this i think it will do crossfire at PCIe2.0 X4/X4...so it will bottleneck pretty much any dual GPU config you can think of...advertising this board has having support for crossfire is missleading and a scam.

Gigabyte all the way, the ASUS one seems to be good also and I love both company's but in this case I do have to say gigabyte because of the feature set.
