If it was me, I would go for the gigabyte board. it has a second PCIe 16x slot, Extra SATA ports, two more USB ports... Its not yellow...

I like the Gigabyte, Plus it has CrossFire!

Gigabyte one. It has Dual Bios in case you mess something up.

the gigabyte is more feature rich but the ASUS board is likely to have better components (maybe)

i would pick the one you think looks best honestly unless you plan on crossfire of low end AMD GPU's (i doubt you would want to do that a single more powerful GPU is always a better idea) and this gigabyte board can only do CFX at PCIE3.0 x4/x4 speeds so it will limit anything higher than say an R9 280 crossfire.

EDIT: in fact looking at this i think it will do crossfire at PCIe2.0 X4/X4...so it will bottleneck pretty much any dual GPU config you can think of...advertising this board has having support for crossfire is missleading and a scam.

Gigabyte all the way, the ASUS one seems to be good also and I love both company's but in this case I do have to say gigabyte because of the feature set.
