I've always wondered what is the relationship between the fan speed and the cooling effect on the fluid/rad?? If I had two identical systems in terms of there parts and settings. But one systems fans were set to 50% and the others was at 100%. would the system at 100% fan speed run cooler? Also does a fan running at 100% draw more air then one at 50%?

Okay what about volume of air at different speeds? Would two identical fans running at different speeds draw different amounts of air? Kinda wanna say a slower fan pulls more air then one running full speed.

Higher fan speed =

1. more air displacement = heat getting pulled out of the case faster and fresh, cool air is pulled into to case faster (depends on case pressure)

2. more noise (depends on your fans)

Mm... Not necessarily, but, yes, typically. It really depends on the CFM of the cooling device.

CFM alone wont help, as static pressure also plays a role (depending on radiator).

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.
