Car Tips? (Not Troubleshooting, Just Knowledge)

    I've been reading a few threads lately about how the general populace is ignorant of how "tech" works to a disgusting degree. I realized that I fit that description, but for cars. I don't have my driver's license yet, so maybe I'll learn more later on, but I don't want to be ignorant about how cars work. Can anyone recommend a good place to get info and learn (youtube channels, websites, etc.)? I'm interested in engines from a scientific standpoint, but I have no idea how the rest of the car works (or the engine beyond the internal combustion fundamentals that I learned in physics class).

Thanks, I'll check them out. I'm assuming cars are like computers--if you want to learn, you take it apart. You either take it apart because it is broken, or you do it for the fun of it. If modding videos are a good way to learn, then I'll watch some modding videos :)
