Minimum level card for 4k monitor

Joeychgo

Hi all, hopefully someone can help me out...

What's the minimum graphics card level I would need to power these 2 monitors:

http://bit.ly/1Np3C9k and http://bit.ly/1hWgINI

Would something like this MSI GTX 960 be strong enough?    http://bit.ly/1Np3UNr

Let me get this straight... Your engine is 1.9 liters and my Pepsi is 2?

Those aren't 4K monitors, but in any case you don't need anything special just to use a monitor. If you're talking about gaming performance that's a different story, but even then, you don't need a whole lot unless you want to max out the settings.

If you're not gaming a 960 would be enough :)

The only gaming I do is the occasional starcraft.

for 4k the min id go is 970 sli, nothing less, but if you dont already own a card like a 970 then you may aswell get a 980ti unless you can grab 2 970s for a bargain on sale or second hand.

thats only if you game big like bf4 etc.

games like cs:go and all them would only need a single gpu.

Gpu: MSI 4G GTX 970 | Cpu: i5 4690k @4.6Ghz 1.23v | Cpu Cooler: Cryorig r1 ultimate | Ram: 1600mhz 2x8Gb corsair vengeance | Storage: sandisk ultra ii 128gb (os) 1TB WD Green | Psu: evga supernova g1 650watt | Case: fractal define s windowed |
