Hi guys in stuck between these 2 fans for airflow in the corsair air 540 case. I'm thinking either http://www.arctic.ac/worldwide_en/arctic-f12-pwm-co.html

Or

http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/jetflo-120/

The arctic fans are over 50% cheaper than the jetflo. Any suggestions? I'll be using 3 of these as intake fans

Depends on your priorities.

Jetflos are loud and perform very well--similar to Noctua iPPC's. F12 pwm CO's perform well like most fans and are pretty quiet.

Well I want airflow but I don't want a storm in my house. Do you think the arctic fans will be good enough to cool 2 780tis in the case? They get up to like 85 degrees under load

Sure. There are better quiet airflow options such as NF-S12A's though.

They're fine but there might be some better alternatives. Where are you shopping/located?

If you have 140mm mounts in your case then fit 140mm fans for better airflow and less noise.

The only seller is out of stock and won't supply them anymore unfortunately. What's the next best thing at roughly the same price?

Noctua fans are expensive indeed, but their Redux line isn't too badly priced...
