Hi guys, I posted a thread a few weeks ago on building a mini ITX computer, and I was going to use something likes this H81 board but somebody told me that it wouldn't support the 4460/4590/4690. I thought it would work just fine (possibly after a BIOS update). What do you think?

If I have to do a BIOS update I could just put my Pentium G3420 in and switch it out for the new CPU once the update is done.

4590 is actually called Haswell Refresh, only the 4690k and 4790k are Devils Canyon. You might need a BIOS update, but Haswell Refresh works fine with H81. However, you'll need an original Haswell CPU to do the BIOS update unless you get a board that can be flashed with just a USB drive. The only boards I know supporting this are all Asus.
