After CAREFUL  ( CAREFUL ) consideration I have took in mind the things you have suggested...

Here is what I came up with.... this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gkQ4f7

Keep on telling me what I can do to improve. :D By the way I dont care about the fan noise level. That is why I went with that fan. It might be loud but I always have headphones in when gaming. Also because has a almost 3000 rpm per minute ( thats good right ) and because my case comes with 5 pre installed fans. No the case link is not a virus . xD Seriously ! Thanks bye.

Crap I also took the monior because even if it is small it has a 1 ms response time.

Thats it folks now thanks.

You still have an awful power supply. This EVGA B2 is much better.

Also the Kingston V300 is slow. I would suggest the Samsung 850 EVO or a Crucial.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct120bx100ssd1

You don't need the extra thermal paste. I would go with the Evo 212 as it has a bigger fan (120mm rather than 92mm). It should fit ok in that case as it is 232mm wide.

I did some reaserach and found out that the R9 390X only performs around 5 fps better.  So the one im getting is worth my money.

Where was that research you made may I ask. The R9 390x easily beats the 970. It competes with the 980 at 1440p-4K even.

Okay So I looked at the video and it might have just smashed my reasons for sticking with the sucky MSI video card are smashed.... :( Dang good thing I have not wasted any of my money on that piece of crap . I got a better video card and power supply.. It doesn't suck anymore :D. You can now stop hatting on me fore that. xD I also upgraded to a better SSD. Way better choice. I also got a better fan thanks for bringing that do my attention .  I also upgraded from one gb of 8gb ram to 2 sticks of 8gb ram for 16gb in total. ( Is it worth it to do that ? I wouldn't know )

I have one question with this and it is... Will my case fit all of the new stuff you guys said I should get???

If not could you please send me a link to a case that would work better . The only reason im still going with the case I have so far is because of the 5 pre-installed fans. ( I know they suck but 5 of them makes up for the suckiness of them ).

Here is the link :)

Thanks !!!

Okay let me explain for a second.

AMD has a architecture called hawaii

The r9 390x is a full hawaii card and the r9 390 is a cut down hawaii card. So the r9 390x outperforms the r9 390. In other words they aren't the same cards but they have the same architecture.

Back to the aftermarket cooler I picked for both cards, the gigabyte cooler I have chose for both cards is on a good deal now so I figured I'll pick it.
