Help, What are these partitions?!

Running a new HP laptop and trying to get it running just the way I like.

Just deleted the recovery partition and realised there were a few small unnamed partitions
Before I delete these and merge them to my main partition I wanted to check to make sure they're not anything important

Read the guide in my signature.  You'll learn about how Windows makes these small partitions to do cool things.  Honestly you should just do a clean install of Windows and be done with it.
