Go on pcpartpicker and sort parts out it takes a very long time to sort things out so I would do extensive research and find good parts. Its not exactly easy when you have 3 different colour schemes.

This is a little over your budget and doesn't match your color schemes but this is about as much performance as you can get at this price, I'd get this system now and then upgrade it down the road aesthetically. Remember you'd rather want a ugly powerful PC than a beautiful slow PC.
