you're not overclocking the cpu so is the aftermarket cooler needed?

Then i would go with this...this 550W PSU is a good one and it's at good price right now and it's plenty for this CPU and GPU...you should also go with the H97 motherboard since no features of the Z97 board would benefit you with a locked CPU...Also the i5-4590 is a better bang for the buck it's plenty fast enough and it's cheaper...also RAM that match motherboard, cheaper faster...also added 1TB harddrive:
