talking about the speedfan icon?  usually it means the shortcut no longer points to where its supposed to anymore.

can you actually launch it?

How do Reavers clean their spears?

Yeah I can launch it. There are also some icons doing the same thing in my start menu {Win 7} such as FRAPS, Steam etc

Thanks!

yeah try rebuilding the icon cache.   delete "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\IconCache.db" reboot and see if that fixed it

That's pretty sweet. What are you using?

I've been using Fences for years.

I really like how you can just use a PNG as an icon rather than having to do all the .ico stuff that windows requires if you want to make your own icons

Thing is all the shortucts match that one. Even the original install folder on the C drive and the start menu. I opened the start menu and there are at least 20 or more icons like that. Deleted the shortcut directory twice. Even shut down and then rebooted. still nothing.......this is weird....it's always something.

Thanks!
