use 26.6 and if 4.3ghz isnt stable at 1.15v then bump  it up to 1.18v, try it again, then if its still not stable bump it up by 0.1, so 1.19v etc.

4.2Ghz Stable; 75C max temp (2 cores) with an average of 72-73C max.

Stable at the ~25 min mark; 70-71C temp constant.

yeah that sounds fine mate.

Idle goes down to about 30-31C.

my idles were lower on my h55 than my r1, around 19-24c, on here around 26-28c, but load temps are so much better.
