Not to my knowledge at all. Sony is still supporting the PS3 so any cracks that come out for it will end up getting patched over. The only time we'll get emulator for last and current gen consoles is when the manufacturers stop supporting them and refreshing the DRM.

PS4 doesn't needs emulation it is x86. A program that would play PS4 games on the PC would be called an API, perhaps an unofficial one since I do believe it's custom to only Sony but should be possible to be reverse engineered eventually.

Plenty of console exclusives that are worth playing, some are must plays IMO

PS3 very very very early alpha.

 

PS2 very good, tbh it's as good as it will get.

 

PS1 close to perfect, even for mobile devices.

 

PS4, don't even hope...
