I have a few of those d-link ones (the 28 ports), those are pretty good for the price i think - performs well if they are not pushed too hard, they will max out on their switching capacity if you use all ports fully and tend to start taking a little dive in throughput performance.

 

But for home use and not 100% load, I would go with those every day over TP-link and netgear :)
