Just get the cheapest Z 170 series motherboard that meets your requirements.

I'd go for an Asus mobo.

msi makes great mobo's too had 3 and never had a single issue

one of mine survived being thrown from 20 feet in the air to concreate (don't ask its a long story)

MSI/Gigabyte/ASUS are the top 3 in my opinion most in the $150-$200 range will be fine.
