Project Crystal Madness - A project for the ages (big images)

OddsCrazyStuff

Water cooling stuff

Custom reservoir

As 2 normal big reservoirs would like out of place in my build, so did I have Skeeper make me 2 instead.

Its based on another reservoir he did, but its adapted to fit what I wanted.

They might not look like it, but they are hand made and the fact that you cant tell is maybe the most amazing part.

Just a test shot from Skeeper, with the colors he had:

mind telling me who skeeper is?

Info update:

Felt like updating the title, as most of the focus right now is Dreamhack Winter 2015 and the Casemod Championship. It will be more work to be done after DW15, but at least the look of it should be done by then. So things will move a bit slower after that, as the only things left are hardware upgrades, which will probally take me a bit longer between being able to afford. Unless I win a lot of money at DW15 that is.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

Last fan cable is finally sleeved, so all that is left is to do some cable lacing and first part of the project is done.

I didnt have any heatshrink that worked on the splitter and shipping on a few meters is $30 or a month, so went with black tape instead.

Its not the best result, but it will work as long as people dont look too closely at it.

I have the worst luck. I was going to get my backup pc up and running, so I could start streaming, but I needed to attach an dvd burner to my main pc first.

In that prosess, so did I manage to bump my knee in the case and that was enough for a leak to form. I tried to fix it, but was not able to, so I went ahead and drained the system.

All this means, is that I'm now only using my streaming pc ahead of time and the only thing it slows down is video updates.

The reason I will be streaming is to force myself to work more. It should be up and running tomorrow after work, so things will hopefully move faster then.

And the current plan is to have all the fans mounted and cable managed by the end of sunday.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

It seems I need to replace the motherboard as well, on the backup pc, so wont be able to do any updates before Wednesday earliest.

I really dont have good luck right now.

The ammount of fans you use makes my cry

But the rest of the build looks good, I especially like the reservoirs.

I dont think it will be that loud, since I can run the fans at low speed.

And yeah, the reservoirs seems to be everyone's favorite so far.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

My streaming pc is down atm. Parts will be arriving Wednesday, so should be up and streaming Thursday. Will post a more detailed schedule then.

Yeah, they seems to be everyone's favorite.

Look up Skeeper on facebook and ask if he can make you one as well.

Just remember that they are custom, so they are not cheap.
