What do you mean? In gaming? The GPU matters more than the CPU does. 

Oh, you said for physx. Your GPU is all that matters.

advanced physX in games can only be processed by your nvidia GPU.

End of discussion.

which one will give me better proformance, my cpu is i5 4690k

haha yeah but even if you select the CPU, when you go to a game and activate advanced physX option it will auto-revert to your GPU...

i think that ''option'' is broken, it's been put there for the show and confusion.

 

Anyways, even if it would work the GPU will greatly outperform even the fastest CPU out there when it comes to processing advanced physX in games...unless you're on a GT630 or something i guess...maybe that's why the feature does not work on my PC...it's probably been programmed to not allow CPU processing of advanced physX UNLESS you have a very weak GPU or something?
