Pci 2.0 x16 bottle neck

I own a  motherboard(pegatron 2ad5 1.03) with a pci 2.0 x16 expansion slot if i were to install a gtx 950 which uses pci 3.0 16x would i have any compatibility or bottle necking issues?

 

system

Motherboard:pegatron 2ad5 1.03

video card:gt 630

ram:2x 4gb ddr3

cpu:Intel core i7-3770k

Not even remotely close to a bottleneck. Not even titan x would come close to being bottlenecked by that pci 2.0 16x
