i have my speakers set up connected to the pi, and i can connect my phone to the pi wireless and play songs from the harddrive connected to the pi, or i can play songs from my phone? how could i do this?

My first thought is using Bluetooth. You could have it so that when the jukebox pi realizes it's connected to the Nas pi that it pulls from a certain directory you have setup (Ala music) and boom Shazam. Otherwise you hook ur phone up and you just play music through that also through Bluetooth.

With this idea both pis would need Bluetooth.

You could have a physical button that chooses then maybe? Either to pull from a device or from the Nas.
