This has happened a few time now maybe 1 time every 7-10 days. What happens is I start my PC up and then when I open programs they never open so I usually just restart and problems fixed but it's annoying. Anyone know what could be causing this ? My PC is under two months old I only use it for csgo on steam and YouTube.

When you first start up your PC, it could be still getting services up and running, which could explain why your PC is very slow on startup. A lot of the times when I boot my PC from a full shutdown (cause I'm running Windows 10), the "System" process will take up 100% of my disk which slows my computer and makes programs I opened take a long time to load. Let the system settle down and get all services loaded, then open your programs.
