hmm i got a bunch of time to kill, and im learning php, i would like to put things to the test, anyone got any website ideas, i could try and make? 

maybe hardware comparison site?

A turtle that follows your cursor.

A site that gives you the estimated fps in a given game based on the fps seen in a benchmark of the lowest performing component (like: you choose an i3 and 980 Ti, it picks out i3 fps and with an i7  gtx 760 build it chooses the i7 fps.. if you get what I mean)

so basically people who are planning builds can see what there computer SHOULD perform like in games and applications? that SHOULD NOT be to hard. justr need lots of peoples information, that would be the hard bit

Well yeah, you can just gather some info on how some popular game should perform on different CPU's and GPU's and just let your website read that info and tell what fps they should get.

i like the idea im gonna go with this, ill make a thread when i get going a bit and ill tag you in it :P i could extend it to write and read speeds of a hard drive too
