If motherboard is wet, is it gonna be a problem?

I spilled some water on my motherboard (I'm Using Rampage 4 Extreme) by accident, the power was off btw, i took my motherboard and put it under a Fan, do you think it's gonna be a problem?

put rice on it it will soak up the moisture.

then leave it with the rice for a day or 2.

it depends on how much electrolytes the water had. once its dry you should be good to go. but some water have high quantity of sodium which can short out a board because when the water dries the sodium crystals can bridge the circuits and cause a short.
