Can i flash 980Ti Strix OC Edition bios to normal Strix edition?

TDoC

Hi, i want to buy ASUS GTX 980Ti Strix. but Strix Overclocked editions out of stock. But some shopping sites have a GTX 980Ti Strix. (No OC Edition). Can i flash OC Edition's bios to normal edition? If answer is yes, results will be "some card" ?

The only difference between two card: clock speeds

Sorry for my english. :)

you can just change the clock speed yourself. for free. in 30 seconds. no bios changing needed

Id just get the normal one and leave it be, you can still get a good overclock out of it (hopefully lol) but the difference that you would see in final overclocks between the two probably would be nominal.

If Im right (and I may not be), the only difference is factory clock, which may not even effect the max you can get out of the card?
