RAM Clearance?

I am planning to get the be quiet! PURE ROCK 51.4 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler but I am afraid my ram will not clear it. I want to get Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory but if it does not clear, Is there any ram that is good with a capacity of 16gb for 100$ or less? (That will clear the cooler)

I will be using the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard any problems with this? Using the gray slots to the left will it still clear?
