I wanna build a budget pc http://pcpartpicker.com/user/andro234/saved/XzfgXL so can anybody tell me if that is a good build and if there is anyone who has the same build please tell me if it has any bottlenecks?

its good but give me a second to see if i can put together something a bit better

yes i was thinking about a r7 265  but in my country 750ti is cheaper than r7

Just overclock it :) I'm personally getting the .asus strix one but that's because it doesn't require a 6-pin connector and was the cheapest one that fit in my case.

looks good, but if you use the green drive as your main drive make sure you use the wdidle utility to disable the automatic shut off on that thing

Don't us wd green as your boot drive it's really really slow, maybe get 1tb blue if you don't necessary need 2tb. And you can buy more storage in the future easily.

modern green drives are actually not that slow.

can someone tell me if there is any bottlenecks whit the cpu and gpu?

i dont think there will be any bottlenecks since the gpu is more of a low end one and the same goes for the cpu so i dont think there will be any
