What country does phanteks originate from? There website has the us flag and china flag, but in there about us they say they are engineers with 20 years that formed with a dutch team? I just wanted a difinitive answer.

Its probably made in China, like most tech products but, engineeed somewhere else. Not uncommon

Flags on websites refer to language choices you have, not to country company represents.
