i kinda wanna go with 950 becouse mfaa,gameworks,better overclocks but theres a 25 pounds difference

950, in most benchmarks I've seen it's kick ass. It's a powerful GPU on a budget. However the 270 is also pretty good, I'ved used the 270x before.

The 270, when clocked at 270X speeds, is on par with the 950, if not better, but a 950 can also be OC'd, so it really just boils down to whichever is cheaper. They'll both play any game at 1080P just fine, which is fantastic on it;s own.
