bind extra keys to turn off monitor?

1832vin

i have a laptop, with special custom buttons, which used to map to something when i was using windows 7 (dell version), but windows 10 came, i ditched windows 7, and had a clean windows 10 so that i can get actual drivers

now, none of the buttons do anything when i press them, and i really like turning off my monitor, especially when i lock my computer (windows key + L) , so how can i do it?

(p.s. they are actual physical buttons)

I re-installed the HP smart button tools on my laptop after win 10 install and they work.

Have you tried installing them ?
