How can I achieve this?

I've seen it done. As far as i know you enlarge a specific point on the screen and then copy it on the secondary screen.

Hey guys!

I recently bought a second monitor which is an ASUS VX239H.

I wanna use my old one as a secondary monitor which is an old 720p Samsung(forgot the model lul).

Now, I mostly play MOBAs like Dota2. I was wondering how I can setup my Samsung monitor where I can place my mini map. As in the whole monitor will be dedicated for the mini map. Is this possible? If yes, how? Thanks!  :D  :D  :D

Two ways to go at it. Either the game will support that natively, basically the minimap would be a separate program. The other way is to replicate and zoom in the portion of the first screen where the minimap is onto the other screen. Windows has this function built in: "%windir%\system32\magnify.exe"

Edit: Magnify.exe sucks monkey balls for the purposes of OP's application. It'll zoom to the mouse, not a preset region. But it's an easy proof of concept and there are better third party softwares out there.
