I've just been asked to go down the store next week for a recruitment evening and I was wondering  if anyone had any tips or information about it?

 

Also, is the recruitment evening like a interview?

Probably a group interview with role plays and stuff like that I would imagine :)

Probably, but then there'll probably be that one guy/girl who just thinks they're better than everyone and are super cocky... :(

^this, I had a very similar interview about 2 years ago with GAME. All these high street shops do very similar things as it's very quick and easy, plus it puts people on the spot in an unknown environment to see how well people work with each other as potential employees, but also as competitors.

What would you recommend? Go in and try to be as confident as possible?
