Who else wants to see 950 SLI benchmarks?

Jacktastic-Mofo

I know, 2 950's are 320$ and you can get a 970 at that price but I'm just curious about how well these two low end cores work together. I'm thinking more for people who get a 950 because they're on a budget and over time upgrade CPU and MOBO and then pick up another 950 for SLI. I've been trying to find benchmarks for these cards in SLI online but no one has bothered to do them.

Yeah, they added SLI which I thought was crazy but it's pretty cool.

I saw a reviewer doing this! It's dutch, so linking it would be useless. Anyway.

http://tweakers.net/reviews/4153/5/nvidia-gtx-950-gericht-op-de-moba-gamer-alien-isolation-en-battlefield-4.html

It gave about 5-10% better performance, but in some games it dipped like crazy

That's pretty good though, I mean if someones on a budget and then eventually has the money to SLI another GPU it's a pretty good solution.

True. But some systems like mine won't allow it, because your MB needs to support SLI (makes is more expensive), your PSU needs to have sufficient wattage (even MORE) and your case should be big enough with enough airflow (even MORE than MORE).

Pointless if you're on a budget :D

Well people like me have upgrade things like the motherboard and such over time. I mean I just recently upgrade from an eh Z97 motherboard to a kickass SLI supporting Z97 motherboard.

Yeah okay. But then you're not budget any longer :D I get your point tho. 950 in SLI would be pretty interesting indeed.

Haha, I guess. Only a fool would do that though.
