Is the h80i gt worth the upgrade?

I've got had a hyper 212 Evo for a while and I'm not entirely happy with the temps I get (80c+). Is it worth to upgrade to the h80i gt? I would get bigger rad if I could but my case only has room for a 120mm and I'm not really looking to buy a new case. Do you think I'd get a considerable drop in temps? I know I can push my cpu farther and I'd like to.

I can't fit one in my case, that is why I am concerned about the h80i...

hmm. can you fit an Nh-d14?

 

if so, that would be your best bet as if performs about the same as a 240mm AIO.

yes it would defenitivly improove temps. though id look at a nh-d14  much more silent. I have an h80i and it makes enough noise to make me notice it under medium - heavy load.

though it works well

I have an h80i gt and the load temps are super close to my old h100i. Long story, went air (Noctua D15), warped motherboard, and went back to an aio... I have the same temps as the d15
