if you find one made out of rubber, i would buy that. i dont know how bad the noise/vibration is with metal adapters.

I want to know if it's possible to mount a hard drive in the optical bay area because I want to mount my h100i in the front of my 350d. If not, do you guys have any suggestions on where I should put it?

I've used a single strip of Meccano Erector set, painted matte black, and screwed that to my case. Works fine, transfers heat extremely well, and absorbs most drive noise since it's thick steel.
